The chefs are going to be participating in a press conference on Monday morning at 10 a.m. in Grand Isle where they will help launch Friends of the Fisherman, a fund that is endorsed by the seafood board. After the chefs speak, performance artist Michael Israel will paint two paintings which will be auctioned off at a later date for the friends of the fishermen fund.
